A spacious Alpine Residence — designed for Two to Eight
Chalet Falk comprises four suites that combine alpine character with a refined Alpine-Japandi aesthetic. Warm natural tones and premium linen and cotton fabrics define the material palette.
Each suite accommodates two guests — the attic suite up to four — and includes a private bathroom with rain shower and Occhio lighting. A 55-inch screen with streaming and satellite TV complements the amenities.
The Falk Lounge
The Falk Lounge forms the centre of the chalet. An open roof structure, reclaimed wood, the distinctive pop-out window and a gallery with reading chair define the space.
Here, meals are prepared or thoughtfully served, shared at the large table, and evenings unfold in the generous sofa corner. The layout creates room for long dinners and chalet evenings, unhurried conversations and time together.
More than eleven metres of floor-to-ceiling glazing connect inside and outside. Mountain & dimmed evening light, the open fire and your favourite music in the background form a calm, timeless atmosphere.
The Private Spa
The Private Spa, crafted entirely in reclaimed wood, is a space of warmth and restoration — reserved exclusively for you.
The Finnish panoramic sauna opens towards the mountains. After the heat, step into the clear alpine air on the terrace, cool down in the mountain creek or under the rain shower, then settle into the hanging loungers.
A private retreat, without schedules and without other guests.
The heated Outdoor Pool
On the terrace, the year-round heated outdoor pool (6.5 × 3.4 m) is maintained at approximately 33°C. Three integrated whirl loungers and a counter-current system combine relaxation and movement.
Warm water, clear mountain air and views of surrounding peaks, forests and alpine meadows unfold differently throughout the day and year — in broad daylight, in the quiet light of dusk, or beneath one of Europe’s darkest night skies.
Outdoor Spaces
More than 230 m² of terraces and balconies extend the living areas outdoors. Lounge zones, a yoga and fitness deck on the upper level, and sunbeds by the pool create distinct places for rest and light activity.
The Nockberge mountains, forests, alpine meadows and the Oswald creek form the setting.
The Private Garden
The 1,200 m² garden complements the outdoor areas with a fire pit and direct access to the crystal-clear Oswald creek. From here, views open towards the opposite alpine meadow with grazing cattle and the surrounding peaks of the Nockberge.

Important Information & Details
- All rates are per night and based on 2 guests with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Additional guests are charged €200 per night (up to a maximum of 8 guests including children). Shorter stays are available on request at an additional charge, with a minimum of 4 nights charged.
- Please note that due to the nature of the house and grounds (outdoor pool, direct access to mountain stream, open fires, etc.) the minimum age for children is 8 years. There are no discounts for children available.
- The chalet is a strictly non-smoking property, but smokers will find an ashtray outside.
- Party groups such as stag/hen parties etc. are not permitted. The same applies to pets.
Included in the chalet rate
- The chalet rate includes the exclusive private use of Chalet Falk, offering 250 m² of refined interior living space and around 1,600 m² of private grounds in total, including the private spa with panoramic sauna and the heated outdoor pool with integrated whirlpool loungers.
- A personal welcome at the chalet upon arrival, followed by discreet Digital Concierge service via WhatsApp and phone throughout your stay.
- Electricity, water, high-speed WiFi and firewood.
- Final cleaning, plus an additional interim cleaning with linen change for stays of 8 nights or more.
- One high-quality linen and towel set per person, including bed linen, 2 towels, 1 bath towel, 1 sauna towel and a bathrobe.
- A carefully curated chalet breakfast each morning, including a fresh breakfast box with rolls and regional delicacies. Selected essentials also await your arrival: organic butter, organic milk, organic eggs, honey from small local producers in Carinthia’s Slow Food region, cereals, fine jams, a small tea bar and Lavazza beans for the SMEG coffee machine.

- NEW: Unlimited green fees at the 18-hole Bad Kleinkirchheim golf course, just minutes from the chalet.
Payable separately: local tourist tax (€3.90 per night and person; from 1 November 2026: €5.70; children and teenagers are exempt until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 16), as well as use of the e-charging station (11 kW) at €0.60 per kWh, charged according to actual consumption at check-out.
Please note: in winter, pool use may be temporarily restricted in extreme weather conditions. In this case, €200 per affected day will be refunded.
Enhancements for an even more tailored stay
- Private chef — from a private dinner, brunch or lunch served in the chalet to full culinary accompaniment throughout your stay, or a private cooking class in the chalet’s own kitchen and lounge. On request, seasonal specialities such as fresh or smoked trout, or a hearty alpine platter, can also be delivered directly to the chalet.
- Massages and private yoga — quiet moments of wellbeing in the privacy of your chalet.
- Personal guides and private instruction — including ski lessons and guiding, guided hikes or bike tours, tennis or golf lessons, as well as selected water activities such as SUP, windsurfing, snorkelling or diving.
- A private heli-skiing experience with Alpe Adria Heliskiing, as well as panoramic flights by helicopter or hot-air balloon.
- Airport shuttles or helicopter transfers.
- Additional cleaning and laundry service for added ease and comfort.
Payment & Cancellation
- A 50% deposit is to be transferred within 7 days after receiving your booking confirmation. The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Payment via PayPal Secured Payment is possible with a 5% service fee.
- An additional security deposit of min. € 3,000 is required to cover potential damages such as breakages, stains, or additional cleaning and repair costs that may occur during your stay and exceed normal wear and tear. The security deposit will be refunded after check-out.
- In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking, the following fees apply: 25% of the chalet price up to 30 days before arrival, 50% from 29 to 8 days before arrival, 90% thereafter. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
