What amenities are included in the chalet price?
The rate includes exclusive use of the entire luxury chalet with private spa, heated outdoor pool and sauna, as well as electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, firewood and final cleaning. Also included are the daily breakfast delivered fresh to the chalet, along with coffee, milk, tea and other essentials. High-quality bed linen, hand, bath and sauna towels, bathrobes, the regional SonnenscheinCard with local benefits, unlimited green fees at the Bad Kleinkirchheim golf course during your stay, as well as discreet concierge service by your host are also included.

Are there any exclusive services or upgrades available?
Yes. Through our carefully selected network, we arrange bespoke services such as private dinners or discreet private-chef service throughout your stay, in-chalet massages and private yoga sessions, personal guides for sports and nature experiences, as well as heli-skiing and panoramic flights by helicopter or hot-air balloon. Additional housekeeping and towel changes during your stay can of course also be arranged on request.
What sets Chalet Falk apart from a luxury hotel or a larger chalet resort?
Chalet Falk is always rented exclusively to one party at a time. There are no other guests, no shared areas and no communal wellness facilities. Instead of a standardised hotel stay, you can expect a privately run alpine villa with clear architecture, high-quality materials, generous space, four suites with en-suite bathrooms and a private spa. Reclaimed wood, warm textures, expansive glass fronts and the open lounge create an atmosphere rarely found in more conventional tourist accommodation. This is complemented by discreet concierge service from your host — for a stay defined by greater calm, greater privacy and a higher degree of individuality.
What is the pricing structure and maximum occupancy?
Our rates generally apply to 2 guests with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Additional guests — up to a maximum of 8 in total, including children — are charged at €200 per person, per night.Shorter stays are possible at an additional charge, though a minimum of 4 nights will always be charged.
Is the chalet suitable for families with children?
In principle, yes. However, the minimum age for children is 8 years. The chalet is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and includes, among other features, an open fireplace, a freely accessible outdoor pool and direct access to the mountain stream in the garden. Exceptions are only possible by prior arrangement.
Are pets allowed at Chalet Falk?
No, pets are not permitted at Chalet Falk.
Is smoking allowed at Chalet Falk?
No, Chalet Falk is a non-smoking property. An ashtray is provided for smoking guests in the outdoor area.
Can Chalet Falk be rented as a party location?
No, Chalet Falk is not designed for party groups or excessive celebrations such as hen or stag parties. Occasions such as birthdays, Christmas or New Year’s Eve may of course be celebrated — provided they remain private and respectful in nature.
