The rate includes exclusive use of the entire luxury chalet with private spa, heated outdoor pool and sauna, as well as electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, firewood and final cleaning. Also included are breakfast delivered fresh to the chalet each morning, along with coffee, milk, tea and other essentials.

Yes. Heli-skiing and panoramic flights by helicopter or hot-air balloon can also be arranged on request.

What sets CHALET FALK apart from a luxury hotel or a larger chalet resort?
CHALET FALK is always rented exclusively to one party at a time. There are no other guests, no shared areas and no communal wellness facilities.
You can expect a privately run alpine villa with distinctive architecture, high-quality materials, generous space, four suites with en-suite bathrooms and a private spa. Reclaimed wood, warm textures, expansive glass fronts and the open lounge define the chalet’s architecture and atmosphere. Discreet concierge support from your host adds a personal touch to a stay shaped by peace, privacy and individuality.
What is the pricing structure and maximum occupancy?
Our base rates generally apply to two guests staying for seven nights. Each additional guest is charged at €200 per person, per night, up to a maximum of eight guests in total, including children.
Shorter stays are possible at an additional charge, although a minimum of four nights will always be charged. Current seasonal rates and available dates can be found under Prices & Availability.
Is the outdoor pool heated year-round, and is there a hot tub?
Yes. The stainless-steel outdoor pool is heated to approximately 32–33°C throughout the year and is reserved exclusively for you and your fellow guests. Even in winter, you can enjoy warm water under the open sky with views of the Nockberge Mountains.
Three integrated hydrotherapy loungers provide relaxing water massages, while a counter-current system allows you to swim for exercise. There is no separate hot tub; the whirlpool functions are integrated into the pool. Discover more about the heated outdoor pool and private spa.
What wellness facilities does the chalet offer?
The fully private spa includes a panoramic sauna overlooking the surrounding landscape, a relaxation room with suspended loungers and a year-round heated outdoor pool. All facilities are reserved exclusively for your party.

How close is CHALET FALK to the ski area?
The nearest access point to the Bad Kleinkirchheim/St. Oswald ski area is approximately one minute away by car or around ten minutes on foot. Ski schools, equipment hire and sports shops are also nearby.

Can the entire chalet be booked for just two guests?
Yes. As a couple, you always book the entire CHALET FALK exclusively. All four suites, the lounge, kitchen, garden and private spa are yours alone. No other rooms are rented to additional guests.

What breakfast and dining options are available?
Breakfast is delivered fresh to the chalet each morning and is included in your stay. For other meals, you choose what suits your day: cook together in the fully equipped designer kitchen, explore the region’s restaurants or enjoy a private dinner at the chalet.

Is the chalet suitable for families with children?
In principle, yes. However, the minimum age for children is eight years. The chalet features high-quality furnishings, an open fireplace, an outdoor pool without restricted access and access to the mountain stream from the garden. It is designed as a private retreat and does not offer a playground or childcare services.
Exceptions to the minimum age may be considered individually and are only possible by prior arrangement.
Are pets allowed at CHALET FALK?
No, pets are not permitted at CHALET FALK.
Is smoking allowed at CHALET FALK?
No, CHALET FALK is a non-smoking property. An ashtray is provided for guests who wish to smoke outdoors.
Can CHALET FALK be rented as a party location?
No, CHALET FALK is not designed for party groups or excessive celebrations such as hen or stag parties. Occasions such as birthdays, Christmas or New Year’s Eve may of course be celebrated, provided they remain private and respectful in nature.
