The rate includes exclusive use of the chalet and all its amenities, including the private spa, heated outdoor pool, sauna, electricity, water, internet, firewood and final cleaning. Also included: a daily delivered breakfast with fresh bread rolls, a selection of regional cold cuts and cheeses, and all essentials such as coffee, milk and tea. High-quality linen, towels and robes, the regional Sonnenschein Card with discounts on activities and the 10% VAT are included as well.
Are there any upgrades or exclusive services available?
Yes. Yes. The minimum age is 8 years. The chalet is designed and furnished to a high standard – with an open fireplace, refined interior design, a freely accessible outdoor pool, which is not childproof and supervised, and a direct access to the mountain stream in the garden. This environment requires a responsible approach and is therefore not suitable for young children.

However, occasions like birthdays, Christmas or New Year’s Eve are, of course, very welcome – as long as they are celebrated in a private and respectful manner. Chalet Falk is a place for meaningful moments, relaxation and retreat – not for loud parties or wild nights.
What is the standard occupancy and pricing policy?
All rates apply to 2 guests & a minimum of 7 nights. Additional guests (up to a total of 8, including children) are charged at €200 per night per person. Shorter stays are available at an additional charge with a minimum of 4 nights to pay.
